shapely windows的安装方式
在win7上默认使用pip 安装会失败。
报错：
pip install Shapely
应该是版本兼容问题。 到官网上：https://shapely.readthedocs.io/en/latest/project.html#requirements
发现，windows只能使用源文件安装或者使用conda安装。
源文件安装:
先下载
下载链接：
https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#shapely
然后使用pip安装
报错：
pip install Shapely
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xd5 in position 24: invalid continuation byte
