anaconda安装python报错 缺少：api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll

在win7的系统里面，使用anaconda安装python10，安装上了之后，激活虚拟环境： 然后运行python结果报错：

 
少了dll文件。
 
于是学网上（csdn）的方法进行修复，把缺的dll下载下来复制到system32的目录。
 
但是后面还是报错。

后面才发现，win7的机子只能安装python3.8以下的版本，高版本会报错。
